The worst wheel had 0.030" runout on the outer edge and 0.040" runout in the inner edge (but the dial indicator was not parallel to the surface on the inner edge so it's really closer to 0.030").  The remainder of the wheels have 0.010" to 0.020" runout.  The wheel with 0.030" runout is the one with the scratches in it.
